One of our previous residents Wilson Tanner Smith (USA/FI) will give a music performance at NART! His musical long-form improvisations is inspired by an electro-acoustic approach to an antique harmonium. Using contact microphones and other electronics to bring out its latent characteristics, it explores the stories and histories that objects can carry within them. One of the instruments of upcoming concert was repaired by Smith and installed in Kreenholm for his Still Point Concert Series in summer 2023; it now got new home in the NART cinema hall.
