On Saturday evening at 18:00, Jila Svicevic will present her art installation and the next canoeing tours will take place! Meeting point: Remmelga tee 8, Narva
Jila is an interdisciplinary artist of Hungarian-Serbian origin, who works with social and environmental issues. Her project “Captured in Kulgu” consists of fishing nets that glow in the dark, focusing on fishing as an integral part of the local community.
Traditionally, after the presentation of the art project, there will be a canoeing tour along the Venice canals to learn about the history of this place, and get acquainted with the art projects that have taken place here before. The canoe trip costs 5 euros, payable in cash. Please note: Dress for the weather and be prepared to carry the canoe to the canal.
