The Narva Art Residency (NART) and the Estonian Contemporary Art Development Centre (EKKAK) invite you to take part in an art bus program between the two cities. The aim of the art tours is to visit the exhibitions, meet the artists and explore the fascinating cultural institutions with the support of a guide. Saturday art buses will run between Tallinn and Narva in both directions – from the capital to the border city and from the border city to the capital. Trips from Narva to Tallinn will take place on 15 April and 3 June, and tours from Tallinn to Narva on 22 April and 10 June. Departure on all days is at 10 am and return at 10 pm.
Art bus tickets are available from Fienta and cost €10. The ticket includes bus travel, exhibition tickets, guided tours and meetings with the artists. Lunch is paid by the participant. There are 18 places on each art bus.
1) Art bus from Narva to Tallinn on 15th of April 2023
– Kai art centre and Holger Loodus’ solo exhibition “18 spring moments”,
– Temnikova & Kasela gallery and Sevina Tzanou and Toni Schmale exhibition “Final Fantasy”.

2) Art bus from Tallinn to Narva on 22nd of April 2023
– Narva Museum Art Gallery permanent exhibition “Life or Karma? Stories of Narva”, exhibition by Raffaele Mondazzi “Myths and heroes” and model of Narva.
– A short stopover at Narva Fortress and Vaba Lava Theatre Centre.
– Narva Art Residency and the exhibition “Imagining the future with the shadow of the past”.
– Meetings with artists-in-residence at NART
– Kreenholm factory tour
Tours are in Estonian and meetings with artists in English.
3) Art bus from Narva to Tallinn on 3rd of June 2023
– Kai Art Centre and Icelandic artist Shoplifter’s exhibition “The Hopper Net”.
– Temnikova & Kasela gallery and Sevina Tzanou and Toni Schmale’s exhibition “Final Fantasy”.
– Lasnamäe Pavilion of the Art Hall and Spring Exhibition 2023
– International group exhibition curated by Tanel Rander at EKKM

4) Art bus from Tallinn to Narva on 10th of June 2023
