The Kulgu area, or “Venice of Narva”, located by the Narva reservoir, is more than a row of boat garages. A bus with a guide will take you there on two evenings at sunset to explore both the authentic local garage dacha and NART’s “Embassy of Venice”. You will hear about the history of the place and the living conditions of the foreign artists who settled there, as well as meetings with the “Venetians”. If you’re lucky, there will be a stronger drink included!
